Hi all, My roommate will be working on a Humana Festival show at Actors Theatre of Louisville in KY this winter.
She will be out of NYC from Jan 28 - April 4 and would like to find a sublettor for her room for the months of Feb and March. Extra days in Jan and/or April are negotiable depending on her actual departure and return to NYC.
It's a cozy, furnished room in a large 2-bedroom coop apartment in Sunnyside Queens. Newly renovated apt., with new kitchen, bathroom, dinning area and living room. Please no pets, no smoking.
Rent is $800/month - that includes rent and utilities (Con-Ed & Cable/DSL).
Sunnyside is 20 minutes away from Grand Central on the 7 train. The 7 shoots you right into the heart of Manhattan and you can get ANYWHERE in NYC within about 30 minutes.
